Soon to start in Rapperswil-Jona: Dance group class, no previous experience needed

In this class you can dance like you just don't care. The goal is to feel free, fulfilled, energized, relaxed and happy afterwards.

Contemporary dance, floor work, guided improvisation, breath and awareness will be the building blocks of the class.
